In a field with ever shorter project timelines and higher requirements of process understanding, data-rich experimentation shines as a methodology that multiplies productivity by maximizing the value of each experiment through the collection of reliable data in high density. This presentation describes the process development and optimization of a new manufacturing route. A description of a route redesign is given, followed by key challenges and resolutions of each step. Emphasis is given to how data-rich experimentation, applied in diverse forms and in different scenarios, was utilized to gain process understanding and accelerate optimization.
